Dear friends, colleagues and long-term partners,
I have the honor and pleasure to invite you to the XXX International Symposium on Modern Technologies, Education and Professional Practice in Geodesy and Related Fields, Sofia, 04 – 06. 11.2020.
The symposium has won its name and tradition over the long 30 years of its annual holding. It reflects relevant current trends in development, interdisciplinary technologies, especially geospatial, education and professional practice in geodesy and related fields at the current moment. Along with the serious theoretical developments presented at the symposium, many applied ones are included as well, along with topics of national, regional and global importance. The symposium hosts regular dedicated sessions for young professionals and students. Usually it is accompanied by an exhibition of state-of-the-art surveying systems, tools and technologies, projects, papers of graduating students, photo exhibitions and more.
In addition, over the years there has been a strong interest and dynamic participation, mainly from the Bulgarian and Turkish side, which is why the XXIX Symposium was held, very successfully organized, in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Symposium and the exhibition will be held at Sofia, Bulgaria
Science and Technics House, 108 Rakovski str.
November 04-06, 2020, from 900 to 1800 .
The Registration will be open at the same place from November 04, 2020 from 1400 to 1800 and will be work at November 05, 2020 from 8 00 am.
EXHIBITION AND TECHNICAL SESSION

The exhibition will feature optical, photogrammetric, GNSS and other equipment and systems, software, projects and solutions.
06 November 2020, 09:00 – 17:00
Demonstration and presentation of surveying projects, applications, solutions and technologies.
